By default, the administrator account is disabled in windows systems and cannot be used to login.
To unlock the administrator in Windows 7, go to Start –> then right-click on ‘Computer’ and select ‘Manage’

Installing Fonts in Windows Vista and 7
In Windows Vista or Windows 7, click Start –> and type Run or Press Winows key + r , then select the Run program from the list above.
Then enter the following command and press enter
%windir%\fonts
For windows XP use the command and press enter
%windir$\fonts

Right-click on any blank area and select Install New Fonts. Locate the font and install.

When these features are enabled, you should be able to open any folder using command prompt.

This feature is already enabled in Windows 7. All you have to do to activate it is simply holding down the Shift Key on your keyboard and right-clicking the folder you wish to open in the command console.
