1. Students must bring their college identity card for registration purpose. A student without the identity card will not be allowed to participate in any events.
2. A student must be currently admitted to any academic institution for participating in AZURE 2012.
3. Mixed participation is allowed. Maximum of two colleges can club together to form a group. The points will be divided equally in this case when considered for over all championship.
4. For rock show event, students from more than two colleges are allowed to form a group. However, if there are students from more than two colleges then the points obtained will not be considered for over all championship.
5. For each event, separate individual rules have been set and all the participants are bound to follow them. The students must refer the official website of AZURE 2012 for the same.
6. Accommodation will be provided for free (food not included).
7. Those who want require the accommodation facilities register in the online registration provided in the AZURE web site in advance.
8. For questions regarding any event, the participants are welcome to contact the respective event coordinators through email or phone.
9. In case of any disparity, the decision of the AZURE committee will be final.
10. It is also hereby notified that for any technical event, if the number of participants is below average, then AZURE committee will be bound to reduce the price amount.
11. If in any of the cultural events, the number of participating teams is less than 5 then the price money will be reduced.
